Whittlesford Summer Ball is Whittlesford Village's bi-annual charity summer ball. Our goal is to raise funds for William Westley School and other local charities. We are committed to bringing our community together for a night of fun, entertainment, and giving back.

Our history
We are proud to have raised over £75,000 since the first Whittlesford Ball took place in 2009. All of the funds raised have been donated to local organisations and charities.
Our event is made possible thanks to the support of our sponsors and volunteers who help to make the night unforgettable. We believe that together, we can make a difference in our village and beyond.
How it happens
Our dedicated committee of 6 William Westley mums volunteer their time and work tirelessly to organise and create an amazing fundraising evening
All our profit is made on the night through bar sales, raffle, auction and the heads and tails game. We typically start the night with only £100 in the bank!

Magpas Air Ambulance is a registered charity that operates a helicopter emergency medical service dedicated to the seriously ill and injured in the East of England.

The Lawn Trust is a charity organisation run by a group of trustees that dedicate their free time to manage the activities on the lawn and to try and keep it looking its best for the benefit of the local people.
